Coronavirus update from Bruno & team

March 2020

This is a very stressful and confusing time as Coronavirus begins to really impact all our daily lives. We’ve had a few questions from clients so thought it would be useful to answer them here.

How are we playing our part to prevent the spread of the virus?

Hygiene has always been a top priority for us and our team work hard to ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. We are complying with all Government advice and all our team already carry hand sanitiser gel and wash their hands regularly before and after picking the dogs up. As you know, we do not go into your houses - the dogs come to the door, but rest assured we are being extra vigilant to ensure that any possible infection spread is prohibited.

What should we do with the dog while social distancing or self isolating?

While we do all need to exercise absolute caution whilst social distancing, its also really important to maintain your dog’s normal routine as much as possible. Regular socialisation and exercise are extremely important for them and dramatic changes to their routine can compound anxiety and stress for them.

Are you still operating daycare as normal?
Yes, our team are still here to exercise your dog to give you peace of mind, so we hope you will continue to support us during this time.  Whether it’s giving your dog the exercise and socialisation they need, helping you create a quiet and productive work environment while working from home, or taking care of your dog while you’re sick, our daycare services are here for you.

Obviously if you are showing symptoms or self-isolating and would like us to help exercise your dog, we will do our best to help but would need to take each client on a case by case basis. Please do contact us if you are unwell so we can look at putting suitable precautions in place if you would like us to keep looking after your dog.

What is your booking procedure and cancellation policy at the moment?

Our booking procedure remains unchanged but we have updated our cancellation policy during this time. If you need to cancel due to the Coronavirus, you can keep 100% credit for future bookings.

Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to comply with government advice at this time whilst trying to help our clients as much as we can.

If you have any additional questions about our safety and sanitary procedures or other concerns related to coronavirus and COVID-19, please contact Bruno directly.

Many thanks for your continued custom and please take care of yourselves, your families and your pets.
